As a specialized asset manager for renewable energy, we combine 25 years of experience with a culture built on development, ownership, and collaboration. From “the manager as coach” through AI enablement to around 25 training sessions per employee each year, we equip our teams to shape change actively. How does the application process at CYCAP work?
After you apply via Personio, our HR team will get in touch with you. The process usually comprises an initial online introduction followed by an in-person meeting on site.
Does CYCAP offer the option to work remotely?
CYCAP offers a hybrid work schedule with the option to work remotely. More detailed information will be provided during the interview.
Are there opportunities for working students or interns?
CYCAP regularly employs working students, offering a genuine entry point into the world of renewable energy asset management. Many use the time to develop professionally and get to know the company. For some, it is the start of a longer-term collaboration. Current working student positions are advertised at cycap.com/karriere and generally require availability of at least 16 hours per week over 12 to 18 months.
