At CYCAP, AI and digitalization are not a pilot project. 88% of employees use AI actively every month. Since Langdock was introduced in August 2024, around 200,000 prompts have been submitted and more than 300 agents have been developed in house, running daily in real business processes. Every single employee has a personal AI assistant.
CYCAP acted early: with its own team, its own governance, and a clear position. We are a full-stack platform. We build our own software agentically and use it to transform the company from the ground up. Instead of relying on standard ERP and CRM systems, we develop proprietary AI applications for master data and processes. SCADA data from the operation of our assets and financial data feed directly into this architecture, from asset level through to investor reporting. This is how we ensure there are no data silos and no breaks in the data chain. Anyone developing here works on a reliable data foundation.

Whoever works here is not building prototypes for the drawer. We build software that has not existed in this form for a renewable energy asset manager, tailored to our processes and designed for growth from day one.

Our tech stack
We work with a modern stack that was designed for scale from the outset. On the data side, we rely on Databricks and SharePoint as our central platforms, where we manage technical and finance data among others. We also support our Langdock instance to give every employee direct, low-barrier access to AI. Our own platform, together with our AI models, is hosted by us on Microsoft Azure. We develop software with a consistent AI-first approach: code generation using state-of-the-art tools and a harness tailored to our processes, with design and architecture decisions made human-in-the-loop.
