CYCAP strengthens Asset Development: Ole Jürgens, PhD, becomes CDO

CYCAP is restructuring the leadership of its Asset Development function: Ole Jürgens, PhD, takes on the role of Chief Development Officer, assuming overall responsibility for Asset Development, Technical Asset Management, EPC-M and HSSE. Frank Grafe will focus on on-site project work – drawing on the network built over decades with municipalities, local policymakers and landowners – and remains Managing Director of the project-level companies. This gives each of the two capabilities underpinning CYCAP’s growing repowering and hybridization business its own dedicated leadership. As the operator of Germany’s largest repowering fund, CYCAP is currently repowering at least 29 existing installations, financed through a EUR 1.6 billion banking club structure.
