Michaela Lamers is Head of Marketing & Communications at CYCAP. She has led the company's marketing and communications function since April 2024, covering product marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

She owned the rebranding from CEE Group to CYCAP and the rollout of the new corporate identity end to end, and she ensures a consistent brand experience across every channel — from the website and content formats to events. Before CYCAP, she served as Head of Marketing & Communications at TBF Global Asset Management and held several marketing roles at Aquila Capital, among others. Her experience spans a broad range of asset classes, from equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and real assets through to private equity.

In 2026, Michaela Lamers received the Marketing Leader of the Year Award from Manage Marketing Europe. She combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and treats clear communication as the foundation for trust and long-term growth.
